Aside from the following special betting rules, the common betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

  1. General Rules
  2. Futures/Outrights

1. General Rules

a.) Individual game title/event rules may override this rule so please refer to the individual game title/event rules applicable.

b.) We reserve the right to resettle an event where an error has occurred with the resulting process. Where the resettlement is carried out 24 hours or more after the initial settlement, customers will be notified by email.

c.) The winner of an event or game shall be determined on the date of the event’s conclusion in accordance with the event’s rules and regulations. We shall not recognize suspended games, protests or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

d.) Where an event involves the same two players or teams playing multiple games or maps, for example "best of 3", and one or more games or maps are not played because the result of the event has already been determined, bets on un-played games or maps are void and stakes refunded.

e.) A map is deemed to have started as soon as the game clock starts or either team or player takes a game action relating to that map, including picks, bans and weapon purchases. If a map is remade or rewound by Chronobreak or similar method, any markets that have already been determined (such as First Blood, First Tower, etc.) will not be changed. Any markets that have not previously been determined will be settled based on the results of the remade or rewound map. If maps are subject to a pause but restart as planned bets will stand.

f.) Dates and start times are shown for information purposes only and may not be accurate. Where an event is cancelled, postponed or interrupted and not completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets on that event are void and stakes refunded. However, games or maps that are completed within 24 hours are settled normally even if additional games or maps that were supposed to be part of the same matchup are cancelled or further postponed.

g.) In the case of indexed or numbered markets (such as the winner of a specific round in Counter Strike 2 (CS2), or the team to score a particular numbered kill in League of Legends or Dota 2), the index determines the objective that counts. Words such as “next” in the market name are not guaranteed to be correct, as broadcasts may be delayed and we may not always advance the index precisely when an objective is scored or a round completed. All bets are therefore settled on the particular numbered round or objective specified, regardless of any other wording in the market name or its timing in relation to when the bet was placed.

h.) If the scheduled number of rounds or maps is changed, or if markets are erroneously offered based on a different number of rounds or maps from the actual scheduled number, then bets on the winning margin (including handicap), total rounds / maps, correct scores etc. are void and stakes refunded. Map winner and matchup winner bets stand.

i.) Where a publisher or event organizer announces or declares any material change to the structure of a tournament, game, event or otherwise (including, but in no way limited to team numbers in a match in a series or event, the time, location or date of events), and we consider reasonably that such a change will have a material impact on a market or bet taken on or involving that tournament, event or otherwise, all bets may be voided by us at our sole and reasonable discretion.

j.) Such action will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following such announcement or declaration. All bets, including multiple bets that rely on more than one event, competition or otherwise, which are cancelled will be recalculated in a manner solely decided at our discretion.

k.) In the event of a team name change occurring as a result of a team leaving an organization, joining another organization or officially changing their name, all bets will stand.

l.) Bets are settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organizer. In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics. The rules below may apply to different games, e.g. Team to Score the Next Kill applies to both LoL and Dota2. Specific rules that apply to only one type of game will be highlighted where appropriate.

m.) In a fixture where one team has an advantage of one or more maps awarded as part of the tournament format (for example due to one team coming from the upper bracket in a double elimination format), If there is a 1-0 advantage, map offering will start with map 2, if there is a 2-0 advantage, map offering will start with map 3, etc.

Match

a.) Who will win the match up

(i) If there is a change in the number of maps or games played bets placed on this market will stand.

(ii) If any match is not played or is awarded to one player or team by walkover or default without play having commenced, all bets on that map and on the matchup as a whole are void.

(iii) In the case of any match being awarded to one player or team via a forfeit, all bets on match markets are considered void except for markets that have already had their result determined at the time of the forfeit.

Map Winner

a.) Who will win the map

(i) If any map is not played or is awarded to one player or team by walkover or default without play having commenced, all bets on that map are void.

(ii) For maps where one team surrenders, the winning team is the team that did not surrender.

(iii) In the case of any map being awarded to one player or team via a forfeit, all map markets for that map are void except for markets that have already had their result determined at the time of the forfeit.

(iv) Once a map is played to completion, all bets placed on these map markets will stand, regardless of any later maps being forfeited or abandoned.

Team to Achieve First Objective

a.) Which team will score the first kill, or obtain the first objective, on the map.

b.) The official broadcast, or game API if available, is definitive in determining whether the death of a Champion counts as a kill. For example, where a Champion is killed by tower or minion damage without the involvement of an enemy Champion this may not be registered as a kill on the broadcast, in which case it does not count as a kill for bet settlement purposes.

c.) The official broadcast, or game API if available, is definitive in determining who secured the first Objective, where ‘Objective’ is indicated in the market name.

Team to Score the Next Kill / Most Kill / Total Kills Scored Over/Under

a.) The official broadcast, or game API if available, is definitive in determining whether the death of a Champion counts as a kill. For example, where a Champion is killed by tower or minion damage without the involvement of an enemy Champion this may not be registered as a kill on the broadcast, in which case it does not count as a kill for bet settlement purposes.

Team to Destroy the Next Tower

a.) Which team will destroy the Next Tower.

b.) For bets involving towers, all destroyed towers count as having been destroyed by the opposing team even if the last hit was from a minion.

2. Futures/Outrights

a.) Unless stated otherwise, all bets will stand regardless of postponements unless the official sporting governing body declares that the tournament/competition has been cancelled with no official winner, in which case bets will be void.
