How do I withdraw?

Log in to your account and select 'Withdraw '. You will then be presented with a list of withdrawal options. Select which one you wish to use and follow the instructions provided.

Please remember that facial verification is required for withdrawals, and you can only choose to withdraw onto a registered bank account that you have successfully deposited with.

Once completed, you’ll receive an e-mail that contains a confirmation number and further info regarding your withdrawal.
