General remarks

A1 Basic Rules

By means of these Basic Rules for Sports Betting ("Basic Rules" or “Terms”), Ventmear establishes the conditions applicable to the use of the Platform for the purpose of conducting sports bets, to clarify the obligations, rights and responsibilities of Users. By continuing to access the Platform and place a sports bet, the User declares that they have fully read these Basic Rules and that they are fully aware of and in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

"User/Users" are considered to be users (natural persons registered on the Platform, regardless of whether they have placed the bet) and bettors (natural persons who place the bets), as applicable.

These Basic Rules form part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform and are also subject to Ventmear's other policies (in particular, but not limited to, the Prevention of Money Laundering, Sports Integrity and Prevention of Match-fixing and Responsible Gaming Policies) and the regulations applicable to sports betting in Brazil.

A1.1 Parties:

These Basic Rules set out the rules governing the contractual relationship between Ventmear and the User, pursuant to the Applicable Law.

"Applicable Law" means all applicable provisions of all (a) treaties, constitutions, statutes, laws, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and orders of any governmental authority, and (b) orders, warrants, rights, privileges, qualifications, franchises, decisions, approvals, authorizations, injunctions, judgments, directives, awards, orders, and decrees or agreements with any authority government of the Federative Republic of Brazil, which includes, but is not limited to, the laws, such as Law nº 8,078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code), Law nº 14,790/2023, decrees and ordinances expressly mentioned in these Basic Rules, such as Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,143/2024 and Ordinance SPA/MF nº 1,231/2024.

A1.2 Who is not allowed to bet:

This section is subject to “Section 2. Legality of Use of Services” of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform and refers to the persons indicated in the art. 26 of Law No. 14,790/2024 and art. 8 of Ordinance No. 1,231/2024, which are:

I - under eighteen (18) years of age; By placing a sports bet on the Platform, the Users declare that they are over 18 years of age, that they have the necessary legal capacity to access the Platform and that they are not a Prohibited Person from Betting.

II - owner, officer, director, person with significant influence, manager or employee of Ventmear.

III - public agent with attributes directly related to the regulation, control and inspection of the activity within the federative entity in whose staff they exercise their competences.

IV - person who has or may have access to the computerized systems of fixed-odds betting lottery.

V - a person who has or may have any influence on the result of a real sports-themed event that is the subject of a fixed-odds betting lottery, including: a) a person who holds the position of sports manager, sports technician, coach and member of the technical commission; b) sports referee, assistant referee of sports modality, or equivalent, sports entrepreneur, agent or attorney of athletes and coaches, coach or member of the technical commission; c) member of the management or supervisory body of the management entity of a competition or sports event organizer; and d) athlete participating in competitions organized by the entities that are part of the National Sports System;

VI - person diagnosed with ludopathy (Gambling Addiction) by a report of a qualified mental health professional; and

VII - People prevented from betting on a specific administrative or judicial decision, when formally notified.

The prohibitions provided for in items II, IV and V above extend to spouses, partners and relatives in a direct and collateral line, up to and including the second degree of people prevented from participating, directly or indirectly, as a gambler.

Other people may be included in the concept of "Prohibited Persons from Gambling" from time to time, depending on changes in the regulations applicable to fixed-odds betting in the country.
Bets by order and from bookmakers as well as bookmakers are not allowed. The Users cannot place bets on events in which they have political or regulatory influence by virtue of being a member of a political party or otherwise affiliated with a regulatory authority.

In addition, bets on the league, cup or other events in which the respective club/organization is participating cannot be placed or ordered by people deemed to be participants in the respective event.

In the event of a breach of the provisions set out in this item, Ventmear reserves the right to refuse payment of any winnings to the bettor, as well as to cancel any bet. Ventmear also has the right to take the necessary legal and regulatory action in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform at any time after the User becomes known as a "Prohibited Betting Person" and/or a member of one of the groups mentioned above.

A1.3 Betting Terms

Ventmear reserves the right to use symbols (such as 1, X, 2) and abbreviations to indicate the display of markets and the results of bets. At any time, Ventmear will provide the User with access to information on the types of bets and the terms used in the platform.

Ventmear recommends that the User familiarises themselves with the exact details of any bet before placing it. Any additional information detailed at the top or bottom of the event and odds display forms part of the betting rules for the specific event and, in the event of any disparity, shall take precedence over these Basic Rules.

Ventmear offers the following types of bets: Single, Multiples and Bet Builder:

Single bets: consist of a single betting opportunity.
Multiple bets: consist of two or more betting opportunities of unrelated sporting events (e.g. Team X's victory in a competition is related to Team X's victory in the semi-final of the same competition and would not be allowed).
"Bet Builder" bets: consist of two or more betting opportunities of the same event. Once a Bet Builder combination is created, it is considered a unique Multiple Bet betting opportunity.

A1.4 Information on initial results/unknown result

When placing the respective bet, the Users declare that they do not know the outcome of the event, including during the period of acceptance of bets. Where there is enough reason to suspect that a bet has been placed after the outcome of an event/market is known or after the selected participant or team has obtained a material advantage (e.g. scoring, sending off, etc.), Ventmear reserves the right to set a new betting deadline or cancel or void the bet, as described in item A.3.2. below.

If, for any reason, Ventmear is unable to correctly validate the outcome of a specific market (e.g. due to loss of information), all bets will be considered void, unless the outcome of the bets has already been determined.

A1.4.1. Latency

All bets must be placed and accepted before the start of the relevant event. Any bet placed or received after the start of the event will be considered void unless the bet offer is clearly intended to be available after the start of the event (i.e. live betting).

If, in the case of live betting, delayed TV coverage or data transmission results in a bet being placed at the incorrect price immediately after the selected participant/team has gained a significant advantage, Ventmear reserves the right to void the bet, whether it is won or lost.

A1.5 Ambiguous bets

A bet may be considered ambiguous when there is insufficient clarity about the possible outcomes, or the odds associated with those outcomes.

Ventmear reserves the right to: (i) refuse all or part of any ambiguous bet; (ii) cancel and void any ambiguous bets, as described in item A.3.2. below; (iii) suspend and/or withhold any winnings from bets deemed ambiguous; and/or (iv) void or reverse transactions related to these cancelled or void bet, refunding only the deposit made by the User.

A1.6 Errors and Responsibility/Data Processing

Ventmear assumes no responsibility for:

(i) typographical error, input, transmission, and/or evaluation errors.

(ii) the correctness, completeness, or updating of the information services provided, e.g., live score or result messages sent by email and SMS, among others; and/or

(iii) the accuracy of results, statistics, and intermediate results in live betting (jointly referred to as "Technical Faults or Errors").

Ventmear also reserves the right to:

(i) correct obvious errors, even after the event, with the entry of betting odds and/or the evaluation of betting outcomes (e.g. odds related, team related, event related errors); and/or

(ii) hold a User liable for any damage caused to Ventmear as a result of having such User knowingly taken advantage of a Technical Fault or Error in making and/or receiving payments.

Ventmear further reserves the right to void or cancel bets, even at a later date, if:

(i) any bet has been won by the User as a result of a technical Error and Ventmear is able to present technical records of such Technical Fault(s) or the Error(s); and

(ii) for any reason, Ventmear is unable to correctly validate the outcome of a specific market (e.g. due to the loss or error of any information).

The bet amount is exclusively the amount confirmed and recorded by Ventmear. In the event that the erroneous event/bet type is cancelled, all bets will be void with the inclusion of Free Bets. Ventmear also reserves the right to void or reverse transactions related to these cancelled or void bets, either at the time or subsequently. More information about Free Bets can be found here.
In any of these cases presented in this section, the amount of the stake initially made by the bettor must be credited to the player's account and the amount of the prize (if applicable) will be retained by Ventmear; in the event that the prize has been credited to the bettors account then it will be cancelled by Ventmear.

A1.7 No organized betting

Each User must use their registered account on the Platform to place sports bets on their own behalf. The intermediation of bets, that is, the placing of bets by the User, through the use of their account registered on the Platform, but in favor of third parties, is expressly prohibited, as per Applicable Law.

Repeated bets placed by the same User or the placing of the same bets by different Users on the same event may be subject to analysis by Ventmear. In the event that the event or betting pattern is deemed to be suspicious or atypical (whether result of match-fixing, fraud and/or any other irregularities and violations of Applicable Law), Ventmear may consider such bets as void and withhold payment of any winnings, even after the official result of the bets, matches and/or bets considered suspicious or atypical, following the rules of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform. Ventmear also reserves the right to void or reverse transactions related to these cancelled or void bets, either at the time or subsequently.

A1.7.1. Using one or more accounts to circumvent betting or staking limits

Bets may also be subject to Ventmear's review and may be considered void if Ventmear has reasonable suspicions that Users are using multiple accounts, acting in collusion or as an orchestrated group, including for the purpose of engaging in fraud and/or failing to comply with obligations under Applicable Law and/or other Ventmear policies. In any of these cases, the amount of the stake initially made by the bettor must be re-credited to the player's account and the amount of the prize (if applicable) will be retained by Ventmear, in the event that the prize has been credited to the bettors account then it will be cancelled by Ventmear.

A1.8 Combination of bets or games

If there is any suspicion or evidence that (1) the integrity of an event has been questioned; and/or (2) the market(s) and/or results have been manipulated, Ventmear may at its sole discretion suspend sporting events or betting markets, or combinations thereof. Ventmear may also, at its sole discretion:

suspend the offer of any event or series of events in any of its markets;
cancel the bets involved in said event and/or series of events; and/or
suspend and/or withhold payment of prizes on any event or series of events in any of its markets, until the integrity of such event or series of events has been confirmed by the relevant sports federation.

The evidence may be based on any indications of manipulation, which may involve but not limited to the size, volume or pattern of bets placed in the Platform on any betting channels. If the integrity of the sporting event (match fixing / secondary market fixing, for example) is suspected, then the provisions of Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions of the Platform will be applicable.

In such cases, the applicable Ventmear policies must also be observed. The User is aware that Ventmear will make the necessary communications to the competent authorities, as provided for in the Applicable Law.

In addition, if there is a decision by the relevant regulatory body or competent authority (if any), such a decision will be conclusive for the purposes of considering the event to be the object of manipulation.

A2 Values

A2.1 Limit Value

The User may set their limits for placing bets in accordance with Ventmear's Responsible Gaming Policy, other policies in place and/or to comply with Applicable Law.

In addition, Ventmear reserves the right to limit or suspend User's account, even if not previously requested by User, to comply with obligations under its Terms and Conditions of the Platform, Applicable Law and/or its internal policies.

Such limits and suspensions may be implemented, at Ventmear's discretion, if there is a well-founded suspicion of fraud by the User or abuse of betting or any other reasons that Ventmear understands as applicable, such as, but without limited to, the suspicious of the use of tools (such as bots) to obtain financial advantage or the use of multiple accounts; non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Platform and/or the Basic Rules; among others.

A2.2 Account Balance

Prior to taking out the bet with Ventmear (subject to paragraph A2.4 below) and as a precondition for the effective placing of a bet, the User must have a positive and sufficient balance in their account to cover the intended bet, including any possible and eventually applicable taxes.

If the balance in the User’s account is not sufficient to contract all bets requested by the User, bets will only be considered accepted and contracted with Ventmear up to the limit of the existing balance in the User's account.

A3 Placing a bet

The User may place bets on the markets and products offered on the Platform. The types of bets are further described in Section 26 of the Terms and Conditions of the Platform. A bet will only be considered valid, finalized, and therefore accepted by Ventmear when the User receives confirmation of placing a bet, as further described in item A3.1. below.

A3.1 Confirmation

A bet is accepted once Ventmear confirms its placing. A bet is confirmed when it appears in the Users' account under "My bets".

In some isolated cases, delays may occur. In the event of a dispute over the time a bet was placed, the time at which the bet was recorded by Ventmear shall prevail.

If the User does not receive a confirmation message for any reason, the bet may still be considered as confirmed if the bet is shown in the User's account under "My bets".

In all cases, Ventmear assumes the User's acceptance of the Ventmear Terms and Conditions when placing a bet.

A3.2 Invalid / void bets

Ventmear exclusively accepts bets placed virtually (online). Bets placed through other means, such as mail, email, or fax, will be automatically deemed invalid, regardless of the outcome.

Confirmation of the acceptance of a bet is essential for it to be valid. Bets placed with insufficient funds in the User’s account will be voided, subject to item A2.2. above.

Ventmear may also cancel or modify a bet in certain situations, for example:

(i) if the event is suspended or canceled.
(ii) If there is an obvious error in the bet or in the odds, subject to the provisions of items A1.6. above.
(iii) if the bet violates these Terms and/or the Terms and Conditions of the Platform or, the Applicable Laws, among other cases.
(iv) if there is a suspicion that the User has sought to benefit from discrepancies in odds between different operators in order to secure an advantage or eliminate risks regardless of the outcome, whether by placing bets on all or any possible outcomes, by using multiple accounts, or by selectively targeting markets and odds, as recorded in real time at the moment the bet was placed;
(v) in the event the User places bets when the outcome is either known or heavily influenced by real time incidents, subject to item A1.4 above. Latent betting can also occur in Pregame betting, for example, when events begin sooner than originally scheduled, as described in item A1.4.1. above.
(vi) in case there is an obvious incorrect odd displayed in the Platform, considering the ‘market’ price, subject to the provisions of item A1.6. above.
(vii) If there is a suspicion that the User has employed software to identify betting opportunities and to even register and place bets is an increasing trend.
(viii) in case of suspect match-fixing, fraud and/or any other irregularities and violations by the User of Applicable Law, subject to item A1.6 above.
(ix) if the same User registers on one or more accounts in the Platform, subject to item A1.7.1 above.
(x) in the event that it is deemed by Ventmear that the User is taking advantage of rewards, incentives or loyalty programs available.
(xi) if there is suspicion that one or more account holders are using coordinated activity to distribute Free Bet Tokens on the same market covering all possible outcomes to guarantee a profit, subject to item A1.7 above.

The above list is merely illustrative, in a way that other situations may also be considered for the cancellation of bets, in accordance with item B1.2 below, the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, and/or the Applicable Law.

If one or more of the above circumstances are verified, the following consequences may be applied to the User, at Ventmear’s discretion:

(i) the account will be immediately suspended.
(ii) additional documents and information may be requested from the User for verification purposes, as provided the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, at Ventmear’s discretion.
(iii) any bets placed will be canceled and deemed void, in the event of sports integrity or match fixing suspicious. No prizes, if applicable, will be paid, and such amounts will be retained by Ventmear.
(iv) in the event a bet is void or cancelled then stakes / betting amount made by the User will be refunded to the User.
(v) The account may remain suspended for up to five (5) years, without prejudice to the adoption of other measures provided for under the Applicable Law by Ventmear.
(vi) Staking limits may be placed on account and may remain in place for up to five (5) years, without prejudice to the adoption of other measures provided for under the Applicable Law by Ventmear.

Investigation may take up to 30 days to determine whether an account will be suspended or stakes limited in accordance with these Terms, the Terms and Conditions of the Platform and/or Applicable Law.

The payment may take: (i) up to 120 (one hundred and twenty) minutes in the event of a winning bet; or (ii) more than 120 (one hundred and twenty) minutes if Ventmear needs to conduct an investigation in accordance with the Platform Terms and Conditions, Ventmear’s other policies, or the Applicable Law.

A3.3 Settlement Status

A bet has the following settlement status - Open, Win, Cancelled, Lost or Cashed Out, as follows:

Open bet - the bet outcome has not yet been determined and has yet to be resulted.
Win - To win a singles bet, the selection must be a winner. For a multiple bet then ALL selections on the bet receipt must be resulted as winners or at least one winner and the remaining selections void. For a Bet Builder bet then ALL selections on the bet receipt must be resulted as winners.
Cancelled - if an event is cancelled and deemed void, Ventmear will return the stake to the player for a singles bet. In the event of a selection within a “multiple” the selection will be cancelled / made void. The original stake will be applied to the odds of the remaining live selections. For a multiple bet to be considered void, all selections must be void; and in this case, the refund of the stake will be made to the bettor. In the event of a selection being cancelled or made void within a "Bet Builder" the entire bet will be void and the refund of the stake will be made to the bettor.
Lost - the single bet prediction was incorrect; the multiple bets had at least one incorrect prediction; the bet "Bet Builder" had at least one incorrect prediction and no void predictions.
Cashed Out – will be subject to the provisions of item A4 below.

A3.4 Related Bets

Multiple bets are not accepted when the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another.

"Bet Builder" bets will not be accepted if one prediction contradicts another, making it impossible to win.

A3.5 Ambiguous Bets

Ventmear reserves the right to refuse, in whole or in part, any bet, and all ambiguous bets shall be void.

A3.6 Removal of Sports Content

Ventmear reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add any Sports Content at Our absolute discretion with immediate effect, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any such action.

A3.7 Deadline

The time limit for betting will be determined by Ventmear on a case-by-event basis.

A3.8 Refuse Acceptance

Ventmear reserves the right to refuse bets before they have been placed by Users, to comply with obligations under Applicable Law, the Terms and Conditions of the Platform and/or its internal policies.

In addition, such refusals may be implemented, at Ventmear's discretion, if there is a well-founded suspicion of any of the situations described in item A3.2. above.

A3.9 Bets Accepted

Bets placed and contracted with Ventmear in a timely manner may only be revoked or amended in accordance with the provisions of this Term, the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, Ventmear's internal policies and/or Applicable Law. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that all the details of your bets are correct, as once placed, the bet cannot be canceled by the User.

A bet is considered valid after confirmation of acceptance from Our remote servers. A bet is confirmed when it appears in the customer's account under "My Bets". When a bet is placed and accepted, the corresponding amount is debited from Your Account. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or changed in any way by the customer.

A3.10 Live Betting and Odds Changes

During live betting, the odds may change. The User can use any of the following settings:

Do not accept bets when the odds change - the default setting at account creation.
Accept higher odds - the bet will be accepted if the odds are higher, but not if they are lower.
Accept any odds - the bet will be accepted at any odds.

To choose preferred setting, the User shall visit the "Account" section of Our Platform and select User’s Preference under Bet Settings > Change of Odds.

A4 Cashout

Ventmear may offer the "Cash Out" option for placing bets in accordance with its internal procedures. If available, the User will have the option to accept settlement of bets You have placed before the outcome of the bet is determined.

The "Cash Out" amount is calculated based on the current odds and is subject to change depending on when You choose to accept the "Cash Out". If "Cash Out" is available for a placed bet, the corresponding symbol will be displayed in the "My Bets" section (live betting) or in the "Cash Out" section (sports betting - pre-match) of the betting slip.

The "Cash Out" feature is only available for single and multiple bets.

Any "Cash Out" selection will not count towards the wagering restrictions if the rewards are used to place the bet.

If a selection/market/event is suspended for which a bet is related to then cash out maybe temporarily or permanently not available. Ventmear may display cashout at bet placement however this is no guarantee that cash out will be available including any free bets.

When a bet is frozen or closed shortly thereafter Your request before the "Cash Out" is completed, the "Cash Out" will be blocked.

If the "Withdrawal" amount has been changed immediately after Your request, prior to the completion of the "Withdrawal", the "Withdrawal" will be blocked, unless You have chosen to "accept all payment amounts" in your settings.

Ventmear reserves the right to withdraw or suspend "Cash Out" offers without prior notice. Ventmear does not guarantee the availability of "Cash Out" offers for any event or bet type at any time, even if they have previously been offered for the same event or bet type.

Ventmear cannot be held responsible if the "Withdrawal" is not available for technical or other reasons. Ventmear explicitly recommends not placing bets based on the assumption that "Cash Out" will be available later for the respective bet.

If a "Cash Out" is accepted by Ventmear when the outcome of the respective bet has already been determined, Ventmear reserves the right to void the "Cash Out". Ventmear also reserves the right to void and reclaim any "Cash-Out" where there is an indication of abuse of the "Cash-Out" feature.

The "Cash Out" feature will be available for bets placed as "Free Bets" when the Cash Out amount is greater than the Free Bet amount. No free bet amount will be returned; it will be the positive prize value only. Cash Out will follow the same rules regarding prize payouts.

A5 Calculation of earnings

A5.1 Calculation

Winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by the total fixed decimal odds as follows:

For single bets – the total odds are the betting opportunity odds.
For multiple bets - the total odds are calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each betting outcome. The odds of the "Bet Maker" combination behave in the same way as a single betting opportunity when combined in multiples.
For “Bet Builder” bets - the odds of "Bet Builder" bets are calculated by means of a special algorithm due to the related odds between certain outcomes. The odds of the "Bet Builder" combination are multiplied by the bet.

In the case of live betting, the User may accept any changes in odds during the process of placing the bet. Changes in odds are understood to be those that change between the selection being added to the bet slip and the bet being accepted. The actual odds are displayed in the bet confirmation notification. If the User does not receive a bet confirmation notification, the bet is still valid if it is displayed in the "My Bets" section.

A5.1.1 Account Balance Display

To ensure the highest accuracy of all bets and outcomes, Ventmear calculates the funds in the User’s Account using four decimal places. For technical reasons, the User’s Account balance may only be displayed to two decimal places, which from time to time may lead to discrepancies when an amount with four decimal places is rounded to an amount with two decimal places.

A5.2 Limits

Ventmear reserves the right to implement any market, betting, and user account restrictions and limitations to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Ventmear's internal policies, its Terms and Conditions of the Platform, and/or the Applicable Law.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are subject to change by Ventmear at any time, based on the types of bets, technical criteria, standard market practices, and in compliance with the regulatory and legal obligations to which Ventmear is subject. In any case, information regarding these limitations will be made available to the User prior to placing a bet. Bets placed below the minimum or above the maximum limits will not be permitted or accepted by Ventmear.

If it turns out that the User has placed bets contrary to this General Sports Betting Rules and/or Applicable Laws and/or Terms and Conditions of the Platform, Ventmear will open the internal investigation procedure, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform.

A5.3 Different Betting / Staking Limits

Ventmear reserves the right to determine betting limits as described above and in Ordinance SPA/MF 1,231/2024, and/or determining specific betting limits for different categories of bets as defined in its internal risk control procedures.

A5.4 Reduced Participation

If a User places several equal bets (also the combination of single and multiple bets), Ventmear is entitled to reduce the stake to the extent necessary to meet the betting limits.

A5.5 Protection against player losses

Ventmear reserves the right to take appropriate measures to protect the User from further losses, for its benefit, based on Ventmear’s Safe Gaming and Responsible Gaming rules and policies, as well as source of funds checks, to the extent applicable and necessary.

B1 Common betting rules

By means of these Common Betting Rules ("Common Rules" or “Terms”), Ventmear establishes the specific conditions for the conduct of sports bets, in order to clarify the obligations, rights and responsibilities of Users. By continuing to access the Platform and place a sports bet, the Users declare that they have fully read these Common Rules and that they are fully aware of and agrees with the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

These Common Rules form part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform and are also subject to Ventmear's other policies (in particular, but not limited to, the Anti-Money Laundering, Sports Integrity and Match-Fixing and Responsible Gaming Prevention Policies) and the Applicable Laws and, in special, the regulations applicable to sports betting in Brazil.

B1.1 Specific Sport Rules (B2):

There are exceptions or variations to these Common Rules in certain sports and betting. The User should therefore always refer to the specific rules of each sport - found under "Special Rules" - as the sports-specific rules will take precedence over the general betting rules.

B1.2 All bets stand:

Unless otherwise stated - in the exceptions below, in the bet offer or in the special rules of each sport - the principle "all bets stand" applies to all bets. This means that if the athlete (or team, etc.), on which the bet was placed, does not participate - for whatever reason - the bet is lost if the event takes place. In addition to what is provided in section A – Basic Rules, the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, and/or Ventmear's policies, bets will also be declared void, particularly in the following cases (also subject to item A3.2 above of the Basic Rules):

The event/tournament is cancelled.
The event/tournament is declared void.
The location is changed.
The event/tournament is interrupted or postponed and started or restarted more than 72 hours after the original start date.
Live betting: In live betting, if there is a "non-broker", all bets on this selection will be void, subject to item B1.8; and
Head-to-Head (H2H) betting: If one or more participants withdraw before the event/tournament starts.

Individual sports/market rules will supersede this rule. The User shall consult individual sports for further articulation of sports results.

B1.3 Team order in games

In general, the order of teams in games is based on the official schedule of the respective competition. In exceptional cases, the official away team of an event may be listed as the home team. "All qualifying bets" still apply.

B1.4 Determined bets:

All bets that are determined (i.e. the outcome is already decided) stand and will be settled accordingly regardless of the abandonment of the event/tournament at any time.

B1.5 Amendment of result

Ventmear recognizes only those results which have been achieved on the playing field or Platform. Results from disciplinary measures from a sports court or another court of law are not considered. In case of violation of sports laws, Ventmear reserves the right to freeze the winnings and withhold payment.

All bets referring to the final result of the event/tournament will be settled on the official result published by the governing authority of the respective sport/league/event, which usually right after the end of the event. Any subsequent demotion does not count.

If an event/tournament is not completed for whatever reasons (for example, without limited to, bad weather, crowd problems, etc.), but there is an official result given by the governing authority then bets will be settled accordingly. If no result is declared by the governing body of the sport/league/event after the end of the event all bets which were not completed at the time of abandonment will be deemed void.

This also applies to long-term bets. Individual sports/market rules will supersede this rule. The User shall consult individual sports for further articulation of sports results.

B1.6 Postponed rule:

For any cancelled or postponed betting event, any bets placed before the scheduled start will be void. All bets stand on any match that is delayed according to the scheduled start time and takes place on the same day (local time).

The only exceptions are matches that take place within a fixed-date tournament structure, e.g. Olympic Games, European Championship Finals, World Cup Finals, French Open, Wimbledon etc., then bets will stand (does not apply to non-tennis qualifying matches that take place outside the fixed-date tournament structure). The User shall consult individual sport rules for substitution rules.

If the start date of an event is not known at the time the bet is placed, this event will be marked with the extension "date to be confirmed". For all these events and betting markets, the correct start date will be entered as soon as it is known. Bets on such an event stand even if the estimated start date does not coincide with the actual one.

B1.7 Accumulator Bets

B1.7.1 Not All Beginners

If in an accumulator bet, the beginner on whom the bet was placed does not participate in an event (except the "All bets" principle (B1.2), or if one of the selected events is cancelled or abandoned or does not occur for other reasons, and the respective betting events are not carried out within seventy-two (72) hours.

If one or more of the selected legs of the accumulator bet is made void (as per section A3.2 of the Basic Rules), the bet runs with remaining legs with recalculated odds. The odds / price of the leg’s which have been voided are replaced with a 1.0 multiplier which recalculates (reduces) the potential prize of the accumulator. The initial stake remains in place.
These bets are valued as "won" with a score of 1.00, which means that the accumulator bet can still be won depending on the other outcomes that are part of it.

B1.7.2 Void Selection(s)

These bets are valued as "won" with a score of 1.00, which means that the accumulator bet can still be won depending on the other outcomes that are part of it.

B1.7.3 Related Bets

The User may not combine selections (parlay) in the same event. Related bets are two or more different bets that you have in relation.

Example:

Bet 1: “Which team will score the next goal?” contains the following results to bet on:
- “Team A”
- “Team B”
- “No Goal”
Bet 2: “When will the next goal be scored?” contains the following results to bet on:
- “Time X”
- “Time Y”
- “No Goal”
As the option “No Goal” has an effect on both bets, these are deemed “related” to each other.

Related bets do not necessarily contain the same outcome or refer to the same action. As the betting relationship is not always as obvious as in the example above, Ventmear reserves the right to determine which bets are related to each other. If a multiple bet containing 2 or more related selections has been accepted in error, Ventmear reserves the right to declare this bet invalid (see rule A3.2 Invalid/void bets of the Basic Rules).

B1.8 Ex-aequo (tie):

Ex-aequo positions arise when more than one athlete or team reaches the same position. Unless otherwise stated, if an event ends as an ex-aequo or draw - and provided that a corresponding betting option has not been offered - the following regulations regarding the amount of winnings apply:

(i) Tables for the winning selections (based on the European decimal form, i.e. the odds/ The odds are represented as a number, such as 2.4, which means that if you place a bet of R$10, it will return R$24 if it wins, R$14 of which is the prize) will be divided by all the selection variations won; and

(ii) then multiplied by the stake amount. These cases will be displayed in your account under "My bets" with the legend "d/h" (dead heat).

Unless otherwise stated, this rule applies to all cases where two or more betting selections are deemed winning selections.

Example: A skiing event ends in a tie between athlete A (4.60 quorum) and athlete B (9.00 quorum). Users who bet 10 on athlete A win23 (quota x bet amount/number of selections that are considered correct = 4.60 x 10/2). Users who bet 10 on athlete B win 45 (9.00 x 10/2) inclusive of the stake made.

B1.9 Live Bets:

B1.9.1 Explanation:

Live bets are offered exclusively before and during an event on a dedicated live bets platform. The odds are continuously updated to reflect the current status of the game. In order to avoid a bet not being accepted due to changes in odds, the customer can accept changes in odds using the options “Accept all odds changes” or “Accept higher odds” when placing a bet.

More information can be found on the bet slip in the live bets area.

B1.9.2 Results:

For live betting, the outcomes that are known immediately after the completion of a betting market will be those used to assess the winning outcome(s). Subsequent modifications (e.g. the results decided by a jury after the match) do not influence the settlement of the live bet offered. Live bets are settled by the sports official data providers . In the absence of live data Ventmear will use any other reputable source available. Unless otherwise stated, in live betting all bets on "non-runners" will be void.

B1.9.3 Common Rules:

For live betting, the "Common Betting Rules" (B1) relating to the evaluation of the game also apply. The exceptions are special bets, which are decided before the actual end. These are declared valid.

B1.10 Playing Times:

In all sports that apply to a certain playing time, the result after the regular playing time (including injury/added time) is decisive. Any extra time or penalty shootout, etc. will have no influence on the settlement of any bet. Any exceptions will be announced as they occur or form part of the special rules of the specific sport.

Ventmear cannot guarantee that the regular playing time of an event will meet the "normal" playing time of the respective sports (e.g. for football club friends). Different playback times will be communicated if information is available. In any case, all bets will stand.

B1.11 Disqualifications:

B1.12 Types of bets

B1.12.1 Odd- or Even- betting:

If the result is “0” then bets will be settled as “Even”.

B1.12.2 Handicap/Spread:

The event must be completed for bets to stand.

B1.12.3 Total bets (all bets containing the "Over" and "Under" betting options)

If the event is abandoned before its completion, all bets will be void except

Overs bets that have already won at point of abandonment will be settled as a winner. If the Overs bet has not won at point of abandonment, it will be void.

Unders bets that have already lost at point of abandonment will be settled as a loser. If the Unders bets have not lost at the point of the abandonment it will be void.

B1.12.4 Head-to-Head (H2H) betting:

Single Event: If one or more participants retire before the event starts, all bets will be void. If an entrant is disqualified or does not finish the event for any reason, that entrant will be deemed a "loser". If all participants in the Head-Head bet are disqualified or do not finish the event, all bets will be void. In the event that 2 or more participants finish in the same position, the "Dead Heat" rule (B1.7) applies.
Tournament: this rule applies to all tournaments played on a knockout basis; for example, Wimbledon, where each match has an individual or team qualifying for the next round. Or round robin system, for example the Football World Cup Group stages where everyone plays everyone in that group to determine qualification to the next round, or both. The winner will be the participant who finishes highest in the final ranking of the tournaments. If there is no official final ranking, the last successfully completed match/stage will be considered the final position. If two or more participants have to finish the tournament in the same position or their last successfully completed match/stage is the same, the dead-heat rule applies. If one or more participants retire before the start of the tournament, all bets will be void (if singles) or relevant legs in an accumulator or build-a-bet.

B1.12.5 Medal betting:

All bets on the number of medals will be settled on the official medal table at the end of the event (e.g. Olympic Games, World Championships etc.). All changes made by any governing body at a later date do not count for betting purposes.

Team Medals: Any medals won by a team have the same logic, those medals won by individuals: count as a single medal, regardless of the number of team members.

B1.12.6 Nominated Finalists:

The finalists are the individuals/teams that actually compete in the final, regardless of how they get there, including the decisions made by all governing bodies.

B1.12.7 Any other field

In the event that a bet contains the betting option "any other", "the field", "any other driver not listed" or similar, this option includes all participants except those mentioned by name within the list of betting options - no matter whether there are odds available for these participants or not.

B1.12.8 Enhanced Special Terms

For all bets referring to the outcomes of more than 1 event, each involved event must be started within seventy-two (72) hours after the scheduled start time for bets to stand.

In the event of at least one of the events involved not being started in time or not having an official winner declared, all bets for the respective 'Enhanced Specials' will be void.

This rule does not apply to any bet that is placed as an accumulator bet.

B1.12.9 Return on bet specials

For all bets offered in the "Return on Bet Specials" section, the following rules apply:

Maximum bet amount: Users can place up to their staking limit on a specific event / market combination, unless otherwise indicated or approved via the overask functionality on the bet slip.
If the displayed condition is met, the actual amount of lost bets will be refunded.
If bets are placed exceeding the maximum stake, only the maximum stake will be returned.
Returned lost bets will be displayed in the account as 'cancelled'.
"Money back" bets can only be placed as single bets. In the event that a 'Money Back' bet is placed within an accumulator bet, no refund will be credited for this bet.
