Surfing

Aside from the following special betting rules, the common betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

1.) Bet settlement:

Markets will be settled based on the official score provider or official website of the relevant competition.

Bets will be settled at the time of completion and will not be amended by subsequent appeals or disqualifications.

2.) Abandoned Events:

In the event of an event starting but not being completed for any reason, all markets will be void, except for those markets which are already decided (e.g. Heat Winner) that have been unconditionally determined.

3.) Postponed Events:

If an event is interrupted or postponed, the bets within the framework of the tournament will remain valid until the event is completed. An interruption or overnight suspension is not grounds for a bet to be void.

4.) Venue Change:

If an event is no longer taking place at the venue advertised, your bet will still stand. This applies as long as the venue remains in the same country.

5.) Outrights:

In order for bets to stand participants must start Round 1 of the specified competition. Bets are void for non-starters.

The payout of bets will be based on the classification at the podium presentation.  Bets will not be amended by subsequent appeals or disqualifications. Bets will be void and stakes refunded if a specific event is not finished.

6.) Nominated Finalists:

The finalists are the participants that really contest the final regardless of how they get there, including decisions made by any governing bodies.

7.) Heats:

In order for bets to stand participants must enter the water for the designated heat; if not, the bets will be voided for any participant not entering the water.

8.) Match Bets:

The winner of the match bet will be awarded to the surfer who advances the farthest in a given tournament. The surfer with the highest score is considered the winner for betting purposes if both mentioned competitors are eliminated in the same round of a particular contest. Bets are void if scores are tied. For bets to stand, both mentioned surfers in the match bet must compete in Round 1.
