REGULAR PLAY
Unless displayed otherwise, all markets will be settled on regular play. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include scheduled extra-time or penalty shootouts, if played. Further, if a match takes place but is not completed as per correct format (e.g. is not a 90-minute match split into 2 halves) then all bets on the match will be void.
Venues: For matches played at a neutral venue, the team listed on the left is classed as the 'home' team. Bets on matches played at neutral venues will stand, unless the official fixture lists different team details to our scheduled match - (e.g. 'XI', Reserves/U-21s/Development, Youth team or similar) bets in this scenario will be void. If a match is no longer played at the venue advertised, bets will stand as long as the venue remains in the same country and is not switched to the opponent's ground. Should this occur, all bets will be void. For International tournaments if the Host venue is changed bets will still stand. If any team starts a 90 minute competitive game with less than 11 players, all bets on that match will be made void.
Abandoned matches: Any scheduled match abandoned before the completion of regular play will be made void, with the exception of markets that have already been determined at the point of abandonment. For example, where the first goal has been scored by a named player, the First Goalscorer and Time of First Goal markets, amongst others, will stand.
This rule will apply even if the governing body declare that the result of the shortened match will stand for competition purposes (i.e. FIFA award a 2-0 victory to one of the teams).
Suspended matches: Bets on any scheduled match suspended before the completion of regular play will be made void if the match is not restarted on the same day (local time) and played to completion, even if the governing body declares the result of the shortened match to stand for competition purposes. Markets where the outcome has already been determined at the time of suspension will stand. For example, where the first goal has been scored by a named player, the First Goalscorer and Time of First Goal markets, amongst others, will stand. Where the match is concluded on the same day that it commenced (local time), all bets will stand, regardless of any suspension of play.
Postponed/Cancelled matches: For any cancelled or postponed match, bets struck prior to the scheduled kick-off will be deemed void unless the match takes place on the same day (local time at venue). Matches played on a fixed date in tournament finals, e.g. World Cup Finals taking place June 10th – July 12th (but not qualifiers for these finals) will not be void if postponed and will stand for the new date they are played.
For any bets placed on a match that is played prior to the date or kick-off time originally stated, the bet will stand if the bet was placed before the revised kick off. Bets placed in a pre-match state post the revised kick will be deemed void.
Subsequent void matches: If a match has been completed but the result is later deemed void then all bets will be settled on the original result regardless of any subsequently rearranged fixture. For example, ineligible player played and governing body orders the fixture to be replayed.
Time periods: For all bets referring to occurrences or results in relation to time periods, bets will be settled on the exact time as provided to us by our feed providers. For settlement purposes, markets are settled on the result at the end the specified period e.g. 0-15 minutes - 00:00:00-14:59:59.

Match Result and Both teams to score:
A prediction on who will win the match with both teams scoring a goal during regular play.
How will the first goal be scored:
Free kick is the winning option if the free kick taker scores directly from the free kick and is named as the goalscorer. Any scored goal that is not an “Own Goal”, a direct “Free Kick”, a “Penalty” or a “Header” is settled as a “Kick”. This means that when the ball enters the net for a legal goal from any part of the body other than the head and is not an “Own Goal”, a direct “Free Kick” or a “Penalty”, it is deemed a “Shot”. This rule also applies to bets on subsequent goals.

Number of corners – total over/under:
Bets will be settled on total number of corners in the specified time period.
Most corners – team (3-way):
Bets will be settled on the team who receives the most corners in the specified time period.
Number of corners – Odd/Even:

Cards/Bookings markets:
Any cards cancelled by the referee during the course of the match, shown to non-active players and cards shown before the kick off or after the final whistle do not count.
Cards shown during the half-time interval count towards second half and full-time markets. Cards shown between the final whistle of regular time and the start of extra-time do not count. Cards shown to non-players, e.g. managers, substitutes do not count.
First player carded - Player to receive the first card:
In the event of two or more players receiving a card for the same incident then the player who is first shown a card by the referee will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. Where the selected player does not take part or comes on after the first card is received, bets will be void.
Number of cards (yellow and red cards in total):
A maximum of three cards can be awarded per player e.g. One Yellow Card = 1, Direct Red Card = 2, Two Yellow Cards resulting in Red Card = 3.
Most Cards – team (3-way):
Bets will be settled on the team who receives the most cards in the specified time period.
Team to win both halves:
Team must win both individual halves of regular time for bets to be deemed a winner.
Own Goals:
For bets referring to teams, own goals always count for the team the goal is awarded to in the match. For example, if a player of Team A scores an own goal, the goal will be awarded to Team B for betting purposes.
For all other bets involving goals, own goals do count for betting purposes unless otherwise stated.
Highest scoring team/match:
Bet on which team/match will produce the most goals on a given match day. In the event of a tie, dead heat rules apply unless the price for a tie is quoted.
Only the named games count for betting purposes. If five or more games are offered and two or more of the games are postponed, then all bets are void. If fewer than five games are offered and one or more of the games are postponed, then all bets are void.
Run of play:
This bet will be settled on the first team to take the lead in combination with the final result at the end of regular play regardless of how often the lead may change in between.
Team to lead at anytime:
Bets are settled as winners if the selected team takes the lead at any time in the match during the specified time period.

Extra-time does not include penalty shootouts. All extra-time betting markets, such as 'Correct Score', or 'Time of First Goal', will start from the beginning of extra-time and not include normal time. For example, if the game finishes 2-2 at the end of normal time and there are no goals scored in extra-time, the 'extra-time correct score' market will be settled as '0-0'.
Penalty markets:
Markets offering odds on penalties being scored or missed will be settled with all selections as losers in the event of no penalty being awarded. For settlement purposes, the timing of any penalty kicks will be based upon the time the kick was taken and not the time at which it was awarded.
Penalty taken:
Whether a penalty will be taken. Penalties awarded but rescinded and subsequently not taken will not be deemed a winning selection. Only a completed penalty outcome is applicable. Penalty shootouts do not count.
Penalty shootouts:
The in-play markets Shootout winner, Outcome of Next Penalty, Sudden death? and Total penalties converted apply only to the result of a penalty shootout. Penalties scored in normal time and/or extra-time will not count for the purposes of this market. A shootout is deemed to have gone to sudden death if both sides have taken 5 penalties each and the score remains level. Sudden death rounds of one kick each are then taken until one team scores and the other team does not. In the event that a match does not go to a penalty shootout, all bets on these four in-play markets will be void.
Win on penalties:
For the bet to win the match must go to a penalty shootout. If the match fails to go to a penalty shootout bets will be losers.
Team to Qualify for next round:
If a game offered within a specific round of a competition is postponed, team to qualify bets still stand, irrespective of the length of the delay.
If a team qualifies for the next round but no match is played (opposition withdraws/is disqualified), all bets on the ‘To Qualify’ market will be void.
When a price is quoted for a team to qualify for the next round of a given competition over two legs, bets placed on that market will be settled immediately on completion of the second match based upon the events that occur during both matches. This will include normal time, injury/stoppage time added on by the match official at the end of normal time, extra-time, away goals if applicable, and penalty shootouts; should the tie progress as such. Matches where one leg of the tie is no longer played at the venue advertised, bets will stand as long as the venue remains in the same country and is not switched to the opponent's ground/another country.
Should this occur, all bets will be void. If a tie is reduced from two legs to one leg, then all team to qualify bets will be deemed void.
Matches originally set to be played in a neutral country will stand if moved to another country.
Player Stats:
All markets will be resulted off OPTA data and the live Opta stats are published here.
Regular Time only, does not include Extra-time.
Stakes returned for any player not starting the match.
Shots on Target (Match, Team & Player):
A deliberate attempt to score that is on target. Includes all goals being scored and shots on target saved by the Goalkeeper. It also includes shots on target that are blocked by a last line defending player, preventing the ball from entering the goal.
Shots (Match, Team & Player):
A deliberate attempt to score that is either on target, off target or blocked.
Assists:
Goal Assist: The final touch from a teammate, which leads to the recipient of the ball scoring a Goal. If the assist is deflected by an opposition player, it must be deemed as travelling to the Goal-scorer irrespective of the deflection. In the event of an own Goal, direct free kick Goal and direct corner Goal, an assist will not be awarded. This same rule applies to penalties unless the penalty taker chooses to pass the ball for another player to score.
Tackles (Match, Team & Player):
A tackle is defined when a player connects with the ball in a legal, ground level challenge and successfully takes the ball away from the opposition player. The tackled player must be in controlled possession of the ball to be tackled by an opposition player.
Offsides (Match, Team & Player):
An event attributed to the player deemed to be in an offside position when a free kick is awarded. If two or more players are in an offside position when the ball is played, the player considered to be most actively involved is given offside.
Passes (Match, Team & Player):
The attempted delivery of the ball from one player to another player on the same team. A player can use any part of their body (permitted in the laws of the game), to execute a pass. Event categorisation includes open play passes, Goal kicks, corners and free kicks played as a pass. Crosses, keeper throws and throw ins do not count as a pass.
Fouls Committed (Match, Team & Player):
A Foul Conceded is defined as any infringement penalised as foul play by a referee that results in a free-kick or penalty event. Offsides are not given as a foul conceded.
Incidents where a match official has played advantage and subsequently cautioned a player, do not contribute towards the total foul count for the player or team. In these scenarios a free-kick or penalty event must occur for a foul to be awarded.
Player To Be Shown a Card:
Bets settled on player to be shown either a red or yellow card, selection can only win once. Cards shown before/after the match do not count, cards shown at half time do count.
Only players that take part in the match are valid for this market. Cards shown to non-players, e.g. managers, substitutes do not count.
Player To Have X or more shots outside the box:
The position of the ball when the shot is taken (shot origin). Any event originating on a line, will be collected as inside that area. For example, a shot on the 18-yard line will count as being inside the box.
Player To Have X or more saves:
A Goalkeeper preventing the ball from entering the Goal with any part of their body when facing an intentional attempt from an opposition player.
Saves have the following attributes:
-
Body part – Hands/Feet/Body/Fist.
-
Save type – Caught/Collected/Parried Safe/Parried/Fumble.
-
Goalkeeper position – Diving/Standing/Sliding/Reaching/Stooping Danger area/Fingertip. This includes:
-
Unintentional or misplaced efforts on target from a Goalkeeper’s own teammates, but only if the intervention is not perceived to be a routine collection of the ball.
-
If after a Goalkeeper’s intervention, a more prominent defensive action from a teammate prevents the ball from entering the Goal, this will be categorised as a Block for the teammate, not a Save for the Goalkeeper.
-
If the ball goes behind the Goal because of a Goalkeeper intervention, the match officials must award a corner for it to be recognised as a Save.
Stakes returned for any player not starting the match.
Goalscorer markets:
All goalscorer markets apply to regular time betting only.
Own goals do not count for settlement purposes- if the goal is deemed to be an own goal all bets will be settled on the next goal.
We will endeavour to quote all players taking part but if an unquoted player scores, they will count for settlement purposes.
If a player doesn't enter the field of play during the game at all, then all bets on this player are void. For First/Next Goalscorer if a player has not entered the field at the point the First/Next Goalscorer is determined all bets on this player are void. For Anytime/Mutli Goalscorer markets, bets count if a player takes any part in regular time play.
Bets are settled on the first result published by the official source/governing body. Any subsequent corrections or amendments to this result will not apply for settlement purposes.
Scorecasts:
Bets are accepted on regular play only. This market will be settled on the first player to score and the final score. Own goals do not count towards the first goalscorer but do towards the correct score. If a player is not on the field at the time or prior to the time of the first goal, then all bets on this player/score will be void. The scorecast price will be different from the accumulator price for the two separate outcomes.

Tournament or Cup Winner:
If a selected team fails to qualify, withdraws or is disqualified, all bets on that selection will be settled as losers.
Top Tournament/League Goalscorer:
Goals scored in regular and extra-time count. Goals scored in Penalty shootouts do not count. Dead-heat rules apply rather than the player receiving the Golden Boot etc. (Team quoted for player is for reference purposes only). Bets placed on a player to be the top scorer in a given tournament, or to be Top Team Goalscorer in a given tournament, will stand as long as the player is named in the squad and has the opportunity to play in the named tournament. Bets placed on a player to be the top scorer in a given league are based on regular season games only. Any goals scored in subsequent play-off games do not count for betting purposes. Once a player is named in the squad and has the opportunity to play in the league that season, bets will stand.
Top Team/Top Club Goalscorer:
Goals scored in regular and extra-time count. Goals scored in Penalty shootouts do not count. Dead-heat rules apply. For the FA Cup, goals count from the 1st round proper onwards.
Tournament Winner/Top Goalscorer Double:
A special price will apply to predict the Tournament Winner and the Tournament Top goalscorer. Dead-heat rules apply. Where there is a special price for a tournament Top goalscorer and team to win, any dead heat occurring in the Top Tournament goalscorer part of the bet will be applied to the whole special bet. For example, if Serge Gnabry to be Top Scorer and Germany to win the tournament is 12/1, and Serge Gnabry ties for Top Scorer with another player, the 1/2 dead heat for Serge Gnabry would be applied directly to the full stake of the whole special bet before subsequent settlement at 12/1.
Golden Ball:
This market is settled on the winner of the Golden Ball (the best player of the tournament as declared by FIFA).
Golden Glove:
This market is settled on the winner of the Golden Glove (the best player of the tournament as declared by FIFA).

The winner will be determined by the first announcement made by the website of the official governing body of the tournament, subsequent alterations will be ignored for settlement purposes.
Top Continental Team:
Bets are settled on the round a team exits the competition, regardless of extra-time. A team winning the final would be deemed the top team. Dead-heat rules apply. For example: in the World Cup, if all market selections go out in the group stage, they will all be settled as winners with dead heat rules irrespective of points scored in the group stage. For the World Cup Semi-Finals, settlement will be based on the result of the third/fourth place play-off match.

Relegation will include automatic places and the outcome of any promotion/relegation playoff deciders. Any points deduction awarded is included for relegation purposes. The prices are for the team(s) to finish or not finish in the stipulated number of Relegation places at the start of the season.
Season Handicap Winner:
Bets are settled after handicap points have been added to all teams’ final league points total. Dead-heat rules apply. Unless already determined If the league is ended prematurely (not completed fully) all season handicap bets will be void.
Season Match Bets/Highest Finish:

An appointment described by the named club as ‘interim’, ‘caretaker’, ‘temporary’ (including an appointment described as ‘to the end of the season’) or similar basis who remains manager in that capacity for at least 10 completed consecutive Domestic League games (including over the course of more than a single season), will be considered to have been appointed as the next first team manager for the purpose of this market and we will settle the market accordingly on that person. The actual duration of the manager’s contract will not be relevant for the purpose of this market. This market will be settled using official information provided by the named club. We reserve the right to wait for further official announcements before the market is settled. In the event that the named club change the structure of their management team and do not call the appointed individual first team manager, we will settle the market on the individual who is responsible for picking the first team. In the event of any ambiguity over the appointment, we may determine using our reasonable discretion how to settle the market based on all the information available to us at the relevant time.
Next International Manager:
Who will be appointed as the next head coach of the stated National Team? An appointment described by the stated nation's FA as ‘interim’, ‘caretaker’, ‘temporary’ or similar, will not constitute head coach unless an individual appointed by the FA of the stated nation on an ‘interim’, ‘caretaker’, ‘temporary’ or similar basis who remains head coach in that capacity for at least 3 completed consecutive full senior international games (including friendly games), will be considered to have been appointed as the next head coach for the purpose of this market and we will settle the market accordingly on that person. The actual duration of the head coach’s contract will not be relevant for the purpose of this market. This market will be settled using official information provided by the stated nation's FA. We reserve the right to wait for further official announcements before the market is settled. In the event that the stated nation's FA change the structure of their management team and do not call the appointed individual head coach, we will settle the market on the individual who is responsible for picking the stated National Team. In the event of any ambiguity over the appointment, we may determine using our reasonable discretion how to settle the market based on all the information available to us at the relevant time.
Next Manager to Leave:
The date shown for the market is for display purposes. The date is pushed back each time there is a round of matches on the league and will continue to be done so until a manager leaves, if no manager leaves before the end of the season, then the selection of ‘No Manager’ will be a winner.
When a manager leaves and the market is settled, and then a new market is set up and the process repeats until the end of the season.

If the player signs for another club on loan, then a bet on that club is a winning selection.
If the player is transferred to a club but loaned to a new club, then a bet on the club he is transferred to is a winning selection.
If the player is transferred to a club but loaned backed to his original club, then a bet on the club to which he is transferred is a winning selection.
If the player isn't transferred or loaned before the close of the transfer window, bets will be settled as losing.
How many will win: (Any X markets)
This special will contain a pre-defined number of selections whereby bets can be placed on a minimum number of winners from the list. All teams will be listed within the selection along with the minimum number of winners required, i.e. 3 or more of Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea or Tottenham to win. Single bets only. 90 minutes only.
Daily Goal Totals:
Total number of goals per day: Bets are accepted on regular play only. Own goals count for settlement purposes. Extra-time and penalty shootouts do not count.
Mythical Matches:
This is a market in which two teams, who will not be playing against each other, are selected by us. The bet is then for one team to score more goals than the other team in their respective matches, equal number of goals scored will result in a tie.
How many goals will be scored in League X (matches played on Date X):
This bet refers to the total number of goals scored in listed matches/competition. Should any games be postponed or any games added to the schedule after the initial odds have been posted then all bets will be void. Should any games be abandoned during play, then all bets will be void unless already determined.
VAR Decisions:
For games where video assistant referee (VAR) is used, the following rules will apply. The company reserve the right to suspend the Cash Out option before, during or after VAR, until the outcome of which is determined by an official decision. Scoreboard information is for indicative purposes only and dependent on VAR outcomes all markets will be settled, or resettled, if necessary, on the official result.
a.) Goals will be deemed to have occurred at the actual time of their occurrence, not the time the goal was confirmed by VAR. Where a market has been settled, the outcome of which is reversed following a subsequent VAR, the company reserve the right to resettle affected bets according to the VAR outcome.
b.) Penalties: If a penalty is ordered to be retaken by VAR for whatever reason, then the original penalty will not count towards any official settlement. Further, if VAR subsequently rules a penalty should be retaken, this will still count as one penalty has been kicked for settlement purposes. If a penalty is awarded then reversed by the referee following VAR, bets will stand for the next penalty.
c.) VAR Reviews: Bets are settled on regular play only. If a referee changes a decision after consulting with the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), then this decision will be deemed a VAR Review and bets settled accordingly, a VAR Check takes place in the background and is not made by the referee. All bets will be settled on VAR Review only and not VAR Checks. Example: The referee makes a signal that a VAR Review is underway by making a TV signal with his hands, this indicates that a VAR Review will take place, and the referee will review the incident. Any subsequent decision made by the referee following the VAR review will count for betting purposes. VAR Checks do not count. If a match is abandoned, any bets where the outcome has already been decided will stand, all other bets will be void.
BUILD A BET / BETBUILDER AND BETBUILDER+

If a player enters the field of play before the market can be settled, e.g. 1st goal or anytime goalscorer, then bets will stand.
Player Stats Boosted Multis:
This category contains multiple selections that have been boosted in price, available as a single only. For example, Player A to score anytime, be booked and have 5 shots in the match - if any of the selections mentioned do not start in specified match, then all bets are void.
