PIX frequently asked questions.
1. What is PIX?
PIX is an instant payment method created by the Central Bank that allows you to transfer funds in a few seconds, at any time, seven days a week, including public holidays. As well as being a practical, fast and secure method, PIX can be made from a current account, savings account or prepaid payment account.
2. How do I deposit via PIX?
Select PIX from the list of available payment methods. A QR code will then be generated which you can use to scan the PIX payment.
Once you make the payment on your banking app, if you are using a bank that is not yet registered with us, you will need to complete a one-time bank registration by accepting either of the conditions (Do not register account and refund deposit or Register new account and credit deposit) on the consent page within 5 minutes. Once registered, the credit will be instantly reflected in your gaming account.
3. Which banks are available?
PIX is available for any individual holding bank that are a PIX participant (a payment service provider – either financial institutions or payment institutions – authorized by the Banco Central do Brasil (BCB) to offer Pix to its customers).
4. Can I deposit from another bank?
Yes, as it is a payment method provided by the Central Bank, you can use a different bank to make the payment.
5. Do I have to fill in my name and bank details with each deposit?
No, with PIX a QR code will be generated for you to scan and make the payment from your bank account on the internet.
6. What are the minimum and maximum deposit limits?
The Limits are between 5 and max 1000000000 (one billion) reais per transaction.
7. How quickly does the money arrive in my account?
The money goes into your account automatically after you make the payment.
Important: Read and pay the PIX within 3 hours via your internet bank, if this time limit elapses you will have to generate a new PIX.
8. Will my deposit be credited instantly, even on weekends?
Yes, the money will be credited to your account at weekends. All you have to do is make the PIX for the exact amount specified within 3 hours via your internet bank.
9. I made my deposit, but my money hasn't gone in, what should I do?
In order for your deposit to enter automatically, you must generate the QR on the website and pay for that QR via PIX. If you don't do this, your money will be refunded.
Please contact our Customer Service Centre with the receipt to have your deposit returned.
10. I made a payment via Pix but I didn't generate the QR on the site, what happens to my deposit?
In order for your deposit to be credited to your account, you must transfer it from your online bank with the QR code generated on the site. In this case, please contact our Customer Service Centre with proof of payment so that your deposit can be returned to the original account.
11. If I make an incorrect deposit, how long does it take for it to be refunded?
Deposits are refunded instantly if the bank used to complete the deposit is not already registered with us.
12. I made the deposit after 3 hours, what should I do?
If you made the transfer within 3 hours of requesting PIX on the site, you should contact our call centre.
13. Can I deposit from someone else's account?
Only from an individual's bank account registered with their CPF. Deposits from company accounts and third party accounts are not accepted; they will be returned to the original account instantly
14. Do you charge fees to deposit?
There is no fee for this form of deposit.
15. Is it possible to deposit by mobile phone?
Yes, it is possible. The payment methods are available on your computer or mobile phone.
16. Can I withdraw with PIX?
If you have already deposited using PIX with your bank account, you can also use PIX to withdraw. You can withdraw with PIX by adding a new bank account.
17. How many PIX accounts can I register on my account?
You can register up to 3 PIX accounts from your 'Manage Account' section.
18. Can I add a new PIX account?
You can add up to 3 PIX accounts. To add another new PIX account, you would need to delete an existing bank account.
19. Can I edit an existing PIX account?
Yes, to do this, go to 'Manage Account', then click the ‘Edit' icon next to one of your existing PIX accounts and edit the required information.
