How Do Virtual Sports Work?
Virtual Sports are a graphical representation of a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each betting opportunity in these virtual events is weighted by probability and converted to the odds displayed. The competitors with higher odds stand a lower chance of winning but can generate higher returns. The competitors with lower odds stand a greater chance of winning but can generate lower returns. The overall payout will therefore be in proportion to the chances a selection has of winning, with a percentage deducted. This deduction leaves an average return to the customer of between 86% and 96% depending on the specific game played. The RNG has been independently tested by an accredited testing supplier. All events are pre-determined.
Visuals
These races or events are presented with state-of-the-art graphics to mimic a sports match. Due to the nature of streaming, the commentary information may be out of sync with the video stream. This is normal and has no effect on the event outcome.
Bet types
Selections taken from different virtual events may be combined in multiple bets, these can also be combined with our real sport offerings.
Cash out
Virtual bets cannot be cashed out.
Technical issues
In the case that the visuals fail the market/event will settle as normal. In the case of malfunction, bets will be voided.
