FreeBet Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The “Freebet Terms and Conditions” is offered by Ventmear Brasil S.A., registered under CNPJ No. 52.868.380/0001-84, with principal offices at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, No. 4055, 3rd floor, room 03-115, CEP 04.538-133, in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo (“Ventmear”), authorized to operate fixed-odds betting throughout the national territory by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to SPA/MF Ordinance No. 247/2025.

1.1

These Terms and Conditions apply to specific promotional offers on Ventmear’s sportsbook and live betting presented as "Freebet". The Freebet does not constitute real money. Participation is entirely optional by the user and contingent upon meeting all eligibility criteria set out in these “Freebet Terms and Conditions” and specific conditions determined by Ventmear  and presented to the users prior to using any Freebet.

1.2

Together with these Freebet Terms and Conditions, Ventmear’s General Terms and Conditions, Promotional Terms and Conditions apply. General Sports Betting Rules apply. Therefore, all eligibility provisions described in the General Terms and Conditions and General Sports Betting Rules also apply, which includes, without being limited to the following conditions:

(a) Users must be at least 18 years old;
(b) Users must be physically located in Brazil at the time of placing the bet using the Freebet;
(c) Users may not be permanent self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from playing under Law No. 14,790/2023 and Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,231/2024;
(d) Users must meet all deposit and real-money betting requirements described herein.

1.3

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these FreeBet Terms and Conditions, the Standard Promotional Terms, the General Sports Betting Rules and our General Terms and Conditions, these FreeBet Terms and Conditions shall prevail, followed by the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, the General Sports Betting Rules and the General Terms and Conditions but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.

FreeBet

2.1

When offered, FreeBet grants the User the right to place a bet without any amount being deducted from the User’s real money balance. The amount that is used for the calculation of the possible winnings from that bet ("FreeBet amount") will be displayed as a "bet", in a separate ledger from the statement that contains the monetary balance held by the User with the Platform, as per applicable regulations.

2.2

FreeBets may be subject to certain restrictions, including, but not limited to the following examples: (i) they may only be valid on certain sports or leagues; (ii) they may only be available for a certain period; and/or (iii) they may only be available on certain devices. In such cases, the respective restriction will be displayed in the “FreeBet Information”. 

2.3

When offered, a Freebet can only be used in the user’s account, once and during the time period shown in the “Freebet Information”. If the validity of the Freebet expires without it having been used, it will be declared invalid. After the period to use the Freebet ends, unused Freebets will expire automatically.

2.4

If the selection in the User’s bet slip can be placed with a Freebet, the respective Freebet will automatically be offered on the User’s coupon, provided that all conditions for the use of the Freebet indicated in the "Freebet Information" are met. The User can then place their selection as a Freebet or use the Freebet later, in case its later use is permitted (and not restricted, for example, to a specific match or period).

2.5

The available Freebets are presented on the website, above the betting slip. By clicking on this area, the User will be able to open the Freebet tab, which will present the User with all the Freebets that can be used and the specific conditions for their use.

2.6

Unless otherwise stated, Freebets are not available to users who: 1. have not yet made a deposit and placed bets using real money, or 2. after placing such bets, have no deposited funds remaining in their account. element.

2.7

When a Freebet is settled as a "winner", the User will receive the Freebet winnings, which will be equal to the Freebet amount multiplied by the shares of the User’s coupon minus the Freebet amount.

2.8

If a bet placed with a Freebet is settled as "cancelled" or "void", as described in item “A3.2. Invalid/void bets” and “B1.2. All bets stand” of the General Sports Betting Rules, which includes, for example, but not limited to, these situations: (a) Cancelled Matches – if a match was scheduled to take place and is cancelled;  (b) Regulatory reasons – if Ventmear is advised to remove markets/events (for example, there were concerns about match-fixing, especially with Yellow Card markets, and Ventmear had to remove the option to bet on some players to receive a yellow card); (c) Technical errors – a User tries to take advantage and bet on an event that has already been decided; (d) Visible  errors – where there are obvious pricing errors (e.g. if Ventmear offers a market with odds of 100 instead of 10), Freebet will be deemed invalid and cancelled,  and no prizes or Freebets will not be credited to the User’s Account.

2.9

If a Freebet is settled as a 'dead heat', as per item “B1.8. Ex-aequo (tie)” of the General Sports Betting Rules, no funds will be deducted from the User.

2.10

A Freebet can be placed as a single or multiple bets, but the Freebet amount cannot be split into multiple bets. This means that a Freebet may be used in its entirety to place a single bet or a multiple bet. However, the Freebet amount cannot be divided into separate independent bets, whether within the same bet slip or across different bet slips. Multiple single bets, system bets and bankers are excluded from Freebets, and any attempt to place such bets with a Freebet will be rejected (or deemed void).

2.11

A Freebet can only be used on Ventmear’s sportsbook, pre-match or live, and is subject to the conditions set out in the Freebet Information. All other products are excluded.

2.12

Where there are specific conditions and limitations that apply to the selected betting options, which includes, without limitation, minimum odds and other restrictions, these restrictions will also apply to Freebets.

2.13

When players' bet limits are lower than the Freebet amount, the Freebet will be considered invalid and lost.

2.14

Ventmear does not guarantee the availability of Freebets on all products, all sportsbook, pre-match or live, all devices and versions of all devices.

2.15

If the User has any questions, please contact Ventmear’s Customer Service team, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any questions or disputes related to these Freebet Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
