Why hasn't my bet been settled yet?
Please, check the details of the corresponding bet in “My bets” to ensure that the betting event has already taken place.
If the event has already taken place and more than 30 minutes have passed since the results were announced, but your bet is still open, please contact our customer support team, indicating the corresponding bet ID (as shown in the detailed section in the bet overview).
Please note that there can sometimes be delays in evaluation because results must be confirmed by official sources. We have a maximum time limit of up to 72 hours to seek the official result of an event. Until there is no confirmation, your bet will remain open.
In the case of live betting, bets are evaluated in real time as the game progresses. In individual cases, there may be delays in settlement. For example, it may be necessary to review the footage to ensure a correct assessment. This cannot be done until the end of the game, as managing the live bet usually takes priority.
